Taylor had many guests throughout her Speak Now World Tour, but my favorite was Paramore’s Hayley Williams. Taylor sang “That’s What You Get” with her in Nashville. I’m a huge fan of both of them and I love that they’re friends! Even though they come from different musical genres, they have a lot in common. Both moved to Tennessee during their childhoods and were nominated for a “Best New Artist” Grammy in the same year.

Fishie- I Wanna Be Like Taylor Swift

Hey there! So I’m not even sure yet what my blog is going to about. It’s 12:08 am and I’m just typing to see if I can get a good thought together. I think I’ve got one.

I was thinking about my attitude about doing things I don’t enjoy today and how I’m not positive about it, which always gets me in a bad mood. So, as always, I try to think of a song or quote to help me get through a hard time, and I just thought of Taylor Swift in general. She is one of the most caring, sincere individuals I’ve ever seen, but even she must have a bad day. Is she ever short and mean to people? No. Is she always smiling and patient to everyone she meets? Yes. And she has one of the hardest jobs in the world. It brought me to the thought, “even if I can’t help myself, I can help other people.” And really, that’s helping me too, making me realize things I do are worth it, have some affect. If you smile to one person, and it brightens their mood, and they smile to a person, and it makes them happy, and then they…. See? You will have just started something big. And it’ll eventually get back to you. Whatever you are going through in this moment, will not last. I can guarantee that. ?

Nit4sz---Why We Love Taylor

So this came across my tumblr dash today, and I thought it said things pretty well.

People always ask me 'What's so great about being a Taylor Swift fan?' Well, where to begin? As her fan, we grew up with her; saw her transform and make her mark on the country/pop charts. We let her into our hearts and she let us into hers. We watched her metamorphosis from a 16 year old girl with a big dream to play in front of hundreds, to a full grown 22 year old woman playing in front of millions. We rode along with her on her fearless journey; battling boyfriends and break-ups, writing songs, and sharing her joy and happiness. We cried tears of joy as she won awards, and we are loyal, faithful fans. As a Taylor Swift fan, we truly are her rock and honestly, I cannot thank her enough for letting us grow with her. We spoke now with Taylor as she gave the audience chills and made them cry tears of joy. And now, together, we are anticipating her new album and cannot be more excited. Taylor Swift - thank you for letting us explore this world with you, thank you for letting us know that every one has a right to sparkle. Being a Taylor Swift fan is, well, the best thing to ever be.

It got me thinking about how so many of our fandom say that its like Taylor stole our diaries, and put them to music. I dont think I can think of one song of hers that I cant relate to in some one. We all have a deeper connection with Taylor than just liking the way a song sounds, and thats what makes her so magic. It is something that no-one but a swiftie can understand. Being one of the older fans (20) I get alot of stick from my friends for loving a 'teen pop sensation' as shes commonly seen as. But all of that was so worth it when I saw her live. Taylor herself followed her own dream too, despite what everyone else thought, and look where she is now. So no matter what people say to you, about what you do or who you love, do what you want because you want to. Its worth it in the end. :)

1. "Love Story has been covered by Forever the Sickest Kids and Joe McElderry.
2. The videos stars Justin Gaston, who was a Nashville Star contestant and Miley's Cyrus' boyfriend.
3. It is certified 5x platinum the United States.
4. The music video was filmed at Castle Gywnn in Tennessee.
5. "Love Story" is in the key of D major.
6. Taylor never dated the boy who inspired the song.
7. She wrote in twenty minutes while sitting on her bedroom floor.
8. The song reached #1 in Australia.
9. Taylor performed "Love Story" on her Fearless and Speak Now tours.
10. She performed it on Saturday Night Live.
